A huge THANK YOU!! To everyone who helped us end the Summer with a BANG! literally! Saturday night at the Columbia County Fair, a power line just outside the pavilion decided it was time to retire and proceeded to explode in a shower of sparks and fire! After a short break to repair the line, the Fair had us back up and rockin'. Great crowds at the Fair this year both on Wednesday and Saturday nights, it's what we look forward to all year, and we can't wait to be back in 2009! Thanks to Steven, Rich, Angelo, and everyone who makles the Fair happen every year.

Mother Nature decided to give Kathi Brooks and Children at Play a real "washdown". About 3 songs into their set, it began to rain so hard it was coming in sideways, washing out the stage. Howard said he was actually getting shocked through his Strat. Probably was a good idea to stop at that point. I think a rendition of "shock the monkey" might have gone over big! Haha!!
We finally took the stage around 8:00pm. We coaxed Kathi Brooks to come up and do a song with us. You wouldn't know that girl had been away from a microphone for any time! Just a great singer and an amazing performer! A big thanks to Josh (the Sound guy) for all his help. With the storms and the way the day went, he still did a fantastic job! Thanks to the sponsors T-shirs and more and Git-Wit-It studios.

If you missed it, Froggy 107.1's own Paul Joseph joined us for a couple of Garth tunes! Who knew that boy could sing!
Special thanks to Kate, Collen, Paul, Big Mike and the entire Froggy crew for hosting a great day at the Fair! We hope to be back again next year! Skeeter Creek at the Saratoga County Fair 2008
Don't forget our upcoming shows at the Columbia County Fair in August!! On the 27th we'll be performing on the North Gate stage, and on Saturday the 30th we'll be in the "beer garden" for another rockin' night. Thanks Rich, Angelo, Steve, and the entire Crew at the Fairgrounds!! 2007 Columbia County Fair Photo

Saturday was a VERY interesting day, to say the least. I was able to make it to our show at Frosty Acres with alot of help from the man above, and my new baby girl who was nice enough to join this life at 4:12 pm on Saturday afternoon. Carleigh Marie Kulewicz was born at St. Mary's Hospital on Saturday, and her and Momma are doing great! She made a very quick entrance, 'cause I think she knew Daddy had to doin' some pickin' later that night.

Alex, Rachel, Joe, Gabi, and Baby CarleighI'd also like to say a heart-felt thanks to all the folks at Frosty Acres Campground who made a very special day even more special. Ya'll really made me feel good about being an entertainer, a musician, and more importantly, a Dad. It was a magical night, and I look forward to see everyone again in August. I can't thank you all enough. Thanks Bev!
